What happens between 10:00 and 2:30 on Saturdays?
During the rental turnover time, professional cleaners will clean the house for the next tenant. It is important to respect the turnover time because the cleaners clean several houses and have a tight schedule. Additionally, the owner or other people may check the house and do other maintenance.
Do you have a driveway?
The house has a driveway that is two cars wide and two cars deep.
Can I park at the beach?
There is parking at the beach, but most people walk because it is so close.
How do I reserve my week?
Email us and we'll send you a rental agreement. Sign and return the rental agreement with a deposit for 50% of the rental amount to reserve your week
Do you require a security deposit?
We require a $500.00 security deposit, due two weeks before the rental begins. We return the security deposit within 30 days after the rental ends.
What if I need to cancel my trip?
If you cancel, we will keep any deposit or rent you have already paid. If we find another tenant for your week, we'll refund your money minus a $100 cancellation fee. Do you provide linens?
To keep your rental costs lower, tenants bring their own sheets and towels. Each bed has pillows and at least one comforter.
Why are the rentals Saturday to Saturday?
Nearly all cape rentals are Saturday to Saturday and we follow the convention.
